The transfer process felt like a bureaucratic nightmare!!! Lounge access was misleading and the dive shop staff could be more supportive. Room service food needs a serious upgrade—tasteless and uninspired offerings!!!

A quick and honest take
Staying in the Overwater Suite was a dream! The breathtaking views and direct ocean access were life-changing. The service was top-notch, especially from Aminda and James, who treated us like royalty. The delicious buffet and creative cocktails added to our unforgettable honeymoon experience. We can't wait to come back!

Staying in the Overwater Suite with a private pool was amazing! The room was spacious and super comfy. We especially loved the floating breakfast in our pool—such a cool perk! The view of the water was just unreal. It truly felt like a dream come true. One downside, though, was that the food variety was a bit hit or miss. some dishes didn't taste great. But overall, the room was the highlight!

We spent three nights in the Beach Junior Suite and absolutely loved how close it was to the ocean, just 20 feet away! The water was calm and perfect for swimming. The staff at the buffet were incredibly accommodating, especially when we requested vegetarian options, making every meal enjoyable. Our favorite moments were spent watching the colorful fish from the beach chairs under the palapas.
